This office was designed by an experienced psychologist to provide therapy in a confidential and attractive environment. There is extra sound proofing (eight inch thick walls, solid core doors, and individual HV/AC supplies and returns - no common vents means no sound swapping and “comfortable with the door shut all day” temperatures). A well-appointed waiting area, includes a great magazine selection, iced tea and water with real glasses (we have a dishwasher) and numerous fresh flower arrangements. There is a kitchen with micro, full size refrigerator and lunch counter. A sparkly clean bathroom is especially outfitted with a fan that turns on automatically when the door is shut for freshness, but mostly for scatological noise phobia reduction. There is a safe well lit parking area, and an alarmed interior. (Referral potential is terrific if you are or can be on insurance panels – any client who calls principal and want to use an insurance network is referred.)
Good location in “Arcadia area” of Phoenix, near Scottsdale and close to freeways. Rental office is tastefully furnished with a leather love seat, wood file cabinet, chair, and art (or rent unfurnished); There is lots of light from two windows and a locking closet; (Full time or may discuss possible part time uses).
